I miss F-22 flight simulator

B17 Flying Fortress was my favourite Amiga flight simulator, it's more strategic than action though.

PC remake was nice too:

Have some good memories on the Amiga limping home with a half dead crew and on 1 engine only to cockup the landing. :o

loved that game on the pc , it was full of bugs but it was still a joy to play

anyone remember the online WW2 fighter sim Warbirds?

it used to be free to download and play! was quite a good laugh, loads of planes to choose from including bombers if i remember correctly.

Strike fighters is quite good at pre 1970 combat. If you've read Thud Ridge you'll like Strike Fighters. Tactics to get to the target are quite realistic even if everything is simplified. Buts its not as action packed as a game. Its not as detailed as proper sim. Graphics are quite dated. But if you've come from older sims like many in thread have, you'll be able to look past that.
