Yep. I played a lot, it was addictive and time wasting, but so good

Do any similar games like that exist these days? They were the perfect thing to play on a laptop

I dont know, I would like to have one now as well, just to kill time sometimes. Classic Mafia Wars was great for that. I liked to go back on my mobile, buy/sell some stuff, do some job to earn money, fight some thugs, it was nice

I also wish there still was a version we could play.
I remember everyone in office was playing it, we secretly kept doing jobs etc
