I need a android tablet with at least 256GB of memory?

Hi, I'm looking for a android tablet with 256GB of internal memory. I know about the galaxy tab s6 and s7 which both have 128gb and 256GB varients, but these are above my budget. Can you recommend anything else please. I also know you can expand some tablets with sd cards, however I actually need one with internal storage over 256GB and really struggling to find one.
And oh, only android and no ios thanks.
 
I think you are going to struggle to find an Android tablet with 256gb internal storage for <£400

Might be able to find a second hand galaxy tab s6, or possibly something from china.
