I need a free(trial) prog that monitors the DL rate of my NTL cable line.

Im downloading a big 3gb game trial (Planetside AGAIN lol) on 10mbit cable but its going really slow.

Is there anyway i can find out just how many Kb/s im getting via a 3rd party prog or something in XP ?

I use NetMeter

Works quite well and has some handy features
