Howdy all,

first time posting in this section of the boards so go easy on me.

Basically i want a new mobile, my current one is a Sony k700i which i got like 2 years ago, and tbh am getting a bit sick of it and its pretty roughed up.

SO i need your help in picking a new phone, am not really clued up on phones thus i have no idea which ones are good or anything like that.

My budget i would say is around 200 quid, and i would like a pay as you go one as i have enough other things being payed for monthly to get a contracted phone.

Basically what am looking for is the following.

Looks cool (no bricks pls)
does picture messages
has a decent camera
colour screen (standard these days i think)
blue tooth/IRED
the odd games and that

pretty much your standard stuff i reckon, like i said i dont no much other then the basics.

HOWEVER! am not really interested in the phone being able to do music, i have my Ipod and thats quite sufficient for my music needs.

Am currently on T-mobile since i got my first phone years ago and they were one2one lol. I dont no much about the networks either, all i do no is that i want to use my current sim card as i can't be bothered to text nearly 50 ppl and tell them my new number, i dunno if keeping my sim can be done or not and something about unblocking the phone or something? I really dont have the feintest.

Hope some1 can recommend me something :D

im in same boat... although from what i have seen none of the phones currently on the market suit my needs... i just wanted something small, with 2 mega pixel + camera... thats all i want... not a ***** mp3 player and built in dishwasher !

No swearing.

I bought the E900 because I wanted a decent 2mp camera, Bluetooth and generally attractive phone.
If the SE phones were sliders or flips I'd have gone with one of them instead, they sport superb cameras.

i just a black v3 razr(pay as you go) for £89
camera on it is really good very clear and has a big screen
and also bluetooth with voice dialling, works great in the car

The V3 camera is a bit rubbish mate. But then it is all about what you compare it to. My wife has a V3 (as does my Brother) and pics off their phones are realtively poor to more recent devices.

best camera seem to be the SE 2mp ones at the moment, the auto focus really does wonders IMO.

e900 or k750i/w800 or w810i is what id recommend however im not to hot on the best prices of these phones on pay as you go

the gf just got her w810i today. I've gotta say, though i have a few niggles with the phone (only usb 1.0, not the best support for track order in the music player) its a very good phone. takes good pics, fairly easy to use (not as easy as a nokia, the gf's 6230i it replaced for example, but not far off) and pretty well built. lovely screeen on it, though it is low res.

Overall, very Good phone

i got one (E900) nice looking phone but gone back to my D600 as its a pain to use the touch screen :(

I don't have too many issues with the touchscreen, it could do with being a little less sensitive perhaps. I'm not sure if you can change the sensitivity of it. I haven't looked because I've got used to it already I guess.
