I'm coming back to PC gaming after a 10 year hiatus

I'm looking at an Alienware Aurora with the following specs:

Intel® Core™ i7 8700K (6-Core/12-Thread, 12MB Cache, up to 4.7GHz w/ Intel® Turbo Boost Technology)
32GB, 2666MHz, DDR4
256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD (Boot) + 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1080 with 8GB GDDR5X
256GB SSD +1TB 7200RPM SATA 6GB/S

I'm after playing older games like the fallout series and the Elder scrolls series but i want a system that is capable of playing newer games when they are released.

Any suggestions are welcome.

OCUK don't stock Alienware PCs and, in my opinion, they're a bit over-priced. You should look at some of the PCs available on the OCUK website, there are plenty of options that will fit your budget and you can customise the build as you see fit.

For games like Fallout and Elder Scrolls you will still be able to enjoy Fallout 4 and Skyrim with your new PC. The mods available will make them look practically brand new.

There are also plenty other great games, in fact a game coming out next month has got a lot of people excited; Kingdom Come: Deliverance. It is a big medieval RPG that stays historically accurate. So no magic or dragons but still plenty of adventures to do.

If you want fun multiplayer games then look at Sea Of Thieves due soon on the Microsoft Store. It's a light-hearted multiplayer pirate game. I'm playing Holdfast: Nations At War. The game is still in development but it's still fun. You play as a soldier in the Napoleonic era battles. Every single soldier is a human and it's pretty crazy when you get them all lined up and following orders.

Witcher 3 seems like a no brainer suggestion if you're going for those types of experience. Plus it will occupy you for a looooooong time.
