Any suggestions on where to look other than the big name Letting agents.
Gloucestershire based obviously. ;)
I've cruised around a few trading Estates looking for options but most of them are too big for what I want to start off in.
I only need room to swing a cat (and maybe a two poster ramp and a tool chest) :D
I need someones farm building to rent or some old disused plot with buildings that haven't advertised with the big name places.
All the local paper seems to dredge up is "private garages" as in the ones you can't even get a car in without closing the door mirrors in, this is obviously not suitable.
It also seems that "warehouse space" isn't suitable either as you need B2 class units to do "automotive stuff" in..
This is harder than I thought it would be.... :o

The business park where litchfields are based on A38? At least you know they can accomodate automotive stuff as I know many business parks can't/won't.

I shall have a look but I feel that might be a bit too close to litcho though and also may put noses out of joint on both sides which I don't want.
One may think I've been put up to it to take work off them, the other will think I'm in cahoots with them due to close proximity.

I just want some space to go back to doing my own thing, on my own cars as and when I want, project cars I can play with at my own pace etc.
Sure if some people want stuff fixed I'll do that but my current boss wont like me doing that if it starts to be seen as taking work away from his business.
Mates I feel fine doing work for but anyone "connected" to originally via where I work, I think is going to be bad Karma for professional relationships between myself and my current employer.
