I've got 2 Zalman 120mm fans on the front and rear and am stock cooling my conroe 6300. It's very quiet and the CPU idles at around 30 degrees.

i thought the eclipes madea lot of noise or ratled sorry for the spelling.

Nope far from it, no worse than any other top flight case.

You can make any case silent, as it is what you put in it that counts. :p

Eclipse or PC7+II are always good bets, you can't actually go wrong with them.

Akasa Ambers front and back @ 5v (but on a controller so can turn up when needed) Zalman 9500 on the cpu also at 5v on the controller plus a Zalman VF900 on my graphics (5v again) with a passive cooler on my chipset.
Silent apart from the harddrives seeking and the dvd drives spinning up.

Id also vote Eclipse62  , my next choice would be the PC7+.

My Eclipse is really quiet, id forget its on if it wasn't for all the bl00 lights.

Ive got an Akasa Amber up front @5v ( with a volt mod as Ive never needed to turn it up) and Ive got a 140mm Aerocool in the back. I had an Amber in the rear before and that did a great job as well @5v. Ive got an EVO33 on the CPU with a noiseblocker 80mm fan on it, if i had a 120mm cooler on the CPU my rig would be even quieter. GFX card is cooled via an Arctic VGA silencer running at 2000rpm and still nice and quiet. I have a data HDD in the HDD rack and my main drive is in an enclosure.
