I need advice with Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio 7.1 Soundcard or Realtek???

I bought new computer with mainbord Asus P5W DH DELUXE with Realtek onboard. And i'm thinking about this sound card Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio 7.1 Soundcard - OEM, will be really big diference between thsi soundcards???
I've got also logitech speakers x540.
