I need advice

I’m new to pc building,
I want some thing that can comfortably game. I want it to be able to do average rendering, not too much tho as I have a low budget and I’m new to rendering.
i was looking at the i7 13700k but I’m not sure what gpu would work with what I want. I also don’t know what other specs to get.
