I need to find someone who is an academic or expert in messaging gateways circa 1995 through which one can control a remote messaging system via wireless subscriber device. I'm looking for someone from a top University or similar who could speak with eminent authority on the subject.
It will be a pretty laborious process finding someone like that, but you never know, someone from here may be able to offer some suggestions, or know of a suitable academic.
