I need an .mp4 of this video. How do I get it?

Long story short, I need an .mp4 (i.e., a Mac/Keynote compatible) version of the video on this page:

Do any of you know how I could get it? I did manage to capture it with Afterburner, but it outputs in .avi only, and the size of the file was massive.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to link to things that allow others to pinch copyright material (so I wont), but there are various sites out there that allow you to paste the link on the site and it'll rip any video from a page and output it as a download. Google is your friend.
