I need an SSL/Domain Provider..

...with some specific requirements:

• Domain Parking, (hopefully where I can use their dns servers to point to a static IP address).
• Account privileges: Eg paying invoices rather than payment at point of purchase (even prepaying in blocks would be ok).
• 128 bit with minimum 1024 (preferably 2048 bit key length).
• Reasonably priced certificates.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've emailed a few webhosts but its not specific hosting I'm after.
