i need help building a pc.

This is what i would select, The left over £70 will get you the CPU that is ideal but not in stock at OCUK..

Look elsewhere for the Intel G4560 CPU...

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £329.21 (includes shipping: £12.30)

The 1030 GPU is actually a good performer for its price but wont run games on highest settings. If you could up your budget abit and squeeze in a 1050Ti your laughing...

so all of this plus a cpu is everything i need to build a gaming pc

Yeah this will get the ball rolling and then you just upgrade/add to it as and when... As mentioned above you could find a nice used GPU instead of the 1030

That will be fine and is all you need to get going.. The Intel G4560 is just as good processor for less money but not in stock, so if you want to order from OCUK then this will probably be your best bet mate

Use the free gtx 760

New coffeelake i3 is 4 cores/4 threads instead of 2 cores and 4 threads of old models.

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £477.19 (includes shipping: £12.30)

SSD for OS

Also running single channel ram when gaming hurts, not sure if I'll get time to remove a stick and show but ram rates tend to jump around. Some reason skylake, kabylake and coffeelake gets it , older gen single stick wasn't as much
