I need help buying a microphone?

I don't know anything about microphone. I want a microphone under £30. I don't want the microphone to pick up background ambient sound -- only my voice.

Any thoughts?

I just got the Samson Go Mic for £29, its a Desktop USB mic as i couldnt be arsed with clip on mics waying the cable down and Modmic (sound doesnt justify price imo)

I think almost any sort of Desktop mic will pick up a a bit of background though

Bit over budget but the Modmic is supposed to be excellent for this sort of thing.
