So i built myself a rig about 4 years ago with average to basic components with the plans to upgrade as i go along
My current rig is:
AMD Bulldozer black edition FX -4100 quad core 3.6ghz (3.8ghz with boost active)
4GB of Ram
Nvidia Geforce GT 610
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P motherboard (integrated DDR3 memory controller)
Running windows 7 ultimate
Now what im trying to do is upgrade my RAM first but im getting a bit confused, as far as i know i need to use DDR3 chips and i want to go up to 8gb so they will need to be 4gb each, the bit thats confusing me is the MHZ?
So basically i need to know what MHZ ram will run most efficiently with my current system setup and maybe with the plans to get a GTX 750 Ti graphics card later on!
