Hi I was wondering if anyone here might be able to tell me what the fault is with my pc.

Cpu amd phenom 2 965
Motherboard Asus m4a77td pro
Graphics card radeon 4890 x2 crossfired
What happened, pc froze on Windows desktop shortly after booting. After a few mins pc was restarted, and pc turned on but no signal was sent to the monitor. I though one of the graphics cards had failed I decided to remove the the gathics card from the first slot (the one that the monitor was connected to). I connected the monitor to the second card and nothing. I then swapped the pci express slot the card was in to the first slot (not sure if there is a primary slot if there is I assume this was the slot I just put the card in) the pc then booted again and loaded to the windows screen. After about a minute it froze again. And has not rebooted since. I've tried connecting both cards each in both slots in every combination but still nothing.
What happens when I push the power button, all the case fans Cpu fan and graphics cards come on. I can hear the hard drives begin to spin and turn on. There is no beep from the motherboard at any point.
Dose anyone have any idea what part of this I need to replace? I know it's old. I had it about 5 years but it dose the job for me and with Xmas right around the corner I can't afford to replace bits that's not broke. Any help or advice you guys might be able to give me would be greatly appreciate.
