I need help finding the right camera bag for wheelchair user

I'm in a electric Powerchair so finding the right bag is not easy.
So I thought I would ask here for help.

The bag must hold a Nikon D5300 and Tamron 150-600 G2(on it's own) and a 200mm lens. Plus 4 batteries and the normal stuff.

I need easy access to camera\lens and it will be on my lap all the time.
I was looking at the Slingshot Edge 150 AW and the Slingshot Edge 250 AW.
But I don't know if they will hold what I need.

The camera bag must go around my body\shoulder for safety. This is why I looked at the slingshot bags.
I will pay about £100 for the right bag.

Lowepro got back to me saying none of there Slingshot will hold a 150-600.

My lens is coming next week so I will measure it up and see.

Thank you. I will The ran liked the Lowepro on is because it can go around my shoulder and has a waist strap.
