I need help,noob question..

Hey!
Sorry for such noobish questions but its been a while since i've had a functioning pc.

I really want to play the witcher 2,but i've heard its one of the most demanding games out at the moment.
So..if i buy this machine..

And upgraded the Graphics card to the GTX 560Ti super OC 1024MB GDDR5..would i be able to run it ok?
Would i need to upgrade the cooling also?

My last build was one i built myself an i had nothing but problems with it, im just not 'pro' enough

And you reckon that getting those components and building it myself would make a much better machine than the one i posted?
Honestly,im selling my barely used ps3 tomorrow to get more money for a rig,i feel like i missed out on so much over the last couple of years..witcher 2 is my goal

could i replace the stated with.. Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz @ 4.80GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - OEM?
Has a nice OC on it and its only £6 more

I hate to be a pain,but i really want to have a tv card in the build too,is this something thats pretty simple to install onto the build?

Yeah,upgrading to 8GB shouldn't be a problem,as long as it doesn't involve adding more cooling..cos that'll just confuse me!

As far as unlocking and flashing goes,I'm a bit wary about doing it..I attempted overclocking my last machine and it didn't do me any favours,so I kinda stayed away from messing around with the components after that.
If it was a simple and risk free thing to do then I would be up for it!
So,should I go for the last stated set of components?
I really appreciate this help guys

I'm sorry to have caused such a debate!

Overclocking is something I'm not too bothered about at this stage,I don't feel confident enough to even begin trying it.
But from a few different people recommending the gear in post 23,I'm sure it must be good.I've almost got the money together,at the 600 mark atm,payday is too far away and i hate waiting.
I may have to raid the old ball'n chains savings jar and hope she doesn't notice (not really)
