I need help OCUK: finding a candle

This felt like a Home type thread…I need Ocuks help.

I’ve been searching high and low for a John Lewis Frosted Spruce candle (it used to come in a tin). It’s been discontinued but I wondered if someone’s google fu would be better than mine and possibly find some old stock or something like that. They’ve replaced it I think with Frosted Eucalyptus but it really isn’t the same.

It’s a really important scent to my wife and if anyone can find some for me I would be eternally grateful and probably find a little reward .

Have you tried contacting them? they could possibly tell you the supplier.

or try a Yankee Candle store? there may be a similar version they do.

Theres a similar Yankee candle one but it is very specifically wrong so my wife hates it (of course she does!).

Yep thanks Diggsy I’d already found their info and I’ve emailed them, I should have said that.

So I have contacted the original supplier but I’d suspect it’s unlikely they’ll remake it - I’d wondered about trying to find old JL stock somewhere but not had any luck.

I’ve already bought that one to try it and unfortunately it’s more like a Yankee candle so she hates it.

What other scents are really important to your wife?

Not sure I really understand… but it’s a scent of her grandmother who died recently so I’ve been trying to find it for her.
