I need help understanding Raid

I bought two Western Digital Raptor 150. Currently I have Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 10 NCQ 300GB contains windows xp 64bit and all my games.

I m trying to raid both raptors and move all my games from Maxtor to the new storage.

is that possible ? or do I have to install windows on the new Raptors ?

I m trying to keep windows on maxtor and just move the games to the new drives ?

I m using SLI-DR + windows XP 64bit on maxtor...

I m using bios version 2005/11/14 for Revision A

do you think I should go for

Revision 1.2.3.2. 64bit........................just trying to copy my data to the new drives, not bootable
