I'd personally go for something like the Corsair CX 400W for the psu. Its slightly cheaper and im pretty sure its made by Seasonic. Also if you don't mind losing 140GB off your hdd you could save £10 and go for the Samsung F3 500GB, which i highly recommend- very quick!

Its a little over budget but cant find a way of bringing the cost down much more.

What are the differences between the AMD processors and Intel? Which ones are better?
 
For gaming, amd usually wins on price/performance. However Intel's i5/i7 series cpus are generally considered better at encoding, rendering, synthetic benchmarks and are of course no slouch in the gaming department either. I think for an all round good cpu the i5 is a good choice if you plan to overclock. If you don't then i'd be leaning more towards amd.
