Hi people,
I need help........ Im writing a card for someone or tuesday but cant think of a poem or something to write in it.

I need a short poem or something, all I can thinkof is lyrics fromsongs, such as

I would take the stars out of the sky for you
Stop the rain from falling if you asked me to.
I'd do anything for you
your wish is my command

Oooo, dangerous topic. I tend to go for a side of writing discussing why I think we get on so well together, concluding with an absolute shower of approval. I try to keep from the cliches, I don't want to be laughed at!

Two Humerous ones I've actually seen:

Roses are red, Violets are blue,
I like spaghetti, so lets go ****
:eek:

And the classic:

Roses are red, violets are blue
All my base are belong to you
:p

As I said in my original post, just write down what you like about her and keep it honest. Avoid anything suggesting you are being self concious abut what you are putting such as 'I havn't been hit over the head or anything' because it will make you sound like an idiot :p

Might be a little scary to a girl to tell her you love her, if you haven't been going out for long.

Also, with the second last line are you wanting to propose to her or something
 
Not sure on the seriousness of the relationship, but the 'rest of my life' is the only line I would personally change. Its each to his own though, I just think it can sound a wee bit clingy!
