Ok so I have a Thermaltake controller for LED lighting. I got it with the Thermaltake pr22-d5.

Ok so this controller takes 9-pin cables (they look the same as the jusb1 as on a motherboard). However the controller only came with one 9-pin to 4-pin cable, all my strips are 4 pin cables, I cannot find any 9pin cables or even any cables to connect them. Even overclockers doesn’t have the cable to connect them together?!

Can anyone help with this? I have no idea how to add the led strips to this controller haha

It sounds like the controller uses a 9-pin USB header to connect to the PC. Then the 4-pin LED strips would connect directly to the controller, no? Did the controller come with a manual?

Hi, it does connect to the motherboard via a 9-pin usb. However the led strips are also meant to connect to the controller via the 9-pin usb’s.

The manual is very very basic, the controller came with one 9-pin to 4-pin cable and the manual just shows you how to connect this. It’s crazy I have never seen a usb 9-pin to 4pin cable before and I cannot find anywhere to purchase them, I’m surprised a company like Thermaltake would do that!?
