Your version of the Prodigy is MATX, does it fit ITX boards as well?

Yes, it's the latest case that support Micro Atx and Itx, I was going to go with the Asus Maximus vii gene micro atx board but i'm not going to buy two graphics card, so the Itx with wifi is great.

Also So improve the psu, yeah i'll do that, you and other's have suggested in getting a better psu.

Definitely go with a modular PSU, it will help greatly in a small case like that
