I need help with new hardware

Hi friends,

please let me know if this looks ok to put together:

ROG Strix X299-E Gaming, Intel X299 Mainboard - Sockel 2066

Core i7-7800X 3,5 GHz (Skylake-X) Sockel 2066

Thermal Grizly Conductonaut

GeForce RTX 2070 ROG Strix 8G Gaming

SCMG-5PCGH Mugen 5 "PCGH Edition"

from previous setup I want to add in:

4 x Corsair Dominator 2gb DDR3
Antec 850 W
OCZ SSD

I intend to use PC mainly for CAD and Solidworks 2020, video editing and waiting on new Microsoff Flight Simulator.

You'll have to order new RAM with this build as it's DDR4...

Won't you need more than 4gb of ram for the new flight SIM?...

He will need DDR4 and for Flight sim I'd look at getting ATLEAST 16gb

What size is the Storage device you have?

I used to use SSD 128gb (i think) for operating system and 1 TB HDD for storage. Previous system was 8 years old and i could tell things are running slow nowadays if running at all

Corsair is still good company right? But which one? I am looking at stores there are so many types....

Corsair are definitely still a great brand.. I've had the Corsair Vengence RAM in my last few builds aswell as the RAM below, which is cheaper than Corsair but just as good performance and gets recommended a lot by members on here
