So I have built a couple computers now and I am using my old part to build a new computer everything is the same as I have built before. However when I built it I had issues with two of the RAM slots not working no.3 and no.4, I bought a second hand one so it's expected. But when I used slots 1 or 2 it all worked. So I bought a new motherboard brand new and the same (b550 tomahawk mag) , however now it flashes the VGA sign and then flashes boot, I used a different graphics card that I know works and same issue. I returned everything back into the old motherboard and now even the old motherboard is flashing VGA and then consistently stuck on boot? Anyone that can help me.
