I need my PC to have two identities

I need to set up my PC so I can visit a website on multiple occasions and the website thinks it is two different computers.

What information about your computer is a website allowed to gather? Can it gather your windows login username for example? Or your bios serial number?

I am using a clean firefox installation and my home broadband via ethernet for one identity, and a clean google chrome installation with a 4g internet dongle for the other identity?

Would these steps be enough to convince a website that two different computers are visiting? If not, what other steps do I need to take?

It's nothing illegal but it is definitely against the terms of service of the website. I am not willing to go to all that trouble so I guess I will just take my chances with the steps I have taken
