I've been out of the pc gaming world for a while and fancy an upgrade for TF2 and Warhammer. I'd like to scavange as much as possible from my current pc - drives, psu (Enermax Noisetaker 485w), case etc - yet will need a new mobo, cpu, ram and gpu. Some suggestions would be great as i'm only getting confused in the specific component forums.

The the absolute max budget is £400 and i'm open to some mild overclocking of the cpu.

Here you go mate, this is the best you'll get...

OcUK GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail
(£178.59) £151.99

Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300C3 667MHz Dual Channel Kit
(£66.96) £56.99

Gigabyte GA_P35C_DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 & DDR3 Motherboard
(£84.59) £71.99

Intel Core 2 Duo E2160 "LGA775 Conroe" 1.80GHz (800FSB) - Retail
(£52.86) £44.99

Sub Total : £325.96

You could overclock the E2160 to ~3ghz easily, there very nice.
Id change the memory to get the faster crucial ballistix, (here)
Although you don't need the additional speed, its £2 less and faster memory, so dosn't make sense to be getting the slower version at the moment.
(you could set it to the same settings as the slower RAM anyway).

Well spotted, I didn't realise that was on special offer.
