I need some help..... ladies might be more useful!

A while ago (perhaps 6 months?) there was a ladies magazine in my house in which my wife noticed a necklace she liked. I had a look at it later on when she wasn't around and it was part of a competition. You had to find somewhere that this necklace was to be found in a shop.

It wasn't available online at that time (but probably is now).

We just got back from a weekend in Rome and we stumbled across the same necklace in a shop there!

Now I am thinking it would be a great gift for Xmas for her, but have so far come up blank in finding it.

Does anybody remember seeing this competition?

I need to find reference to this competition. You had to identify where in Europe was selling this necklace (sounds like a tall order for a competition actually?) and then you won something.
