I need the drivers for a Sound Blaster CT4700 PCI 128

I spent two and a half hours last night and another hour this morning downloading sound blaster CT4700 drivers from different sites. The drivers are all the same none of them seen to contain the actual driver file I need. Its just a setup program that does nothing around 4 MB in size.

Is this compatible with Windows 98? I'm pretty sure it was.

Before I bin this sound card does anybody know where I can find a driver for it?
 
It may be that you need to manually install the VXD/WMD drivers either through Windows hardware prompt or by a specific executable. E.G for a Live there is an "Update98.exe" or something that will only install the drivers and nothing else. You could dig around folders and unzip some setup executables.
