I have a 16GB Corsair Flash Voyager USB memory stick which developed a fault, so i sent it back to Corsair in California. That was three months ago and, other than the original email they sent to say they had received it, I haven't heard a thing. I have tried emailing '[email protected]' but it keeps getting bounced back - does anyone have any more contact details I can try as I'm struggling to find any?

You tried posting on their support forums? Or contacting yellowbeard on here to see if he can help you out?

Yeah had the forum idea just after posting on here - going to wait until this afternoon to see if I get a reply because of the time difference.

It's 3:20pm where I am and 12:20pm in California at our headquarters. Send me a PM at the CORSAIR forums and I'll check into this for you. I am specmike there:

Include your complete contact info and RMA or case number.

Already sorted now but thanks for the offer. I posted a message on the forum under the name joebobslappy, you can probably find it easily enough. RAM GUY sorted my problem for me, he said my case had been closed due to me having an old RMA number but he got them to re-open it.

I have actually emailed a letter of complaint in as well though. Considering it took three months to get sorted...!!!!

Thanks and that's a good idea. Hopefully we can identify why and how this happened and make sure it does not continue to happen. RAM GUY has sent it to the RMA supervisor and they are looking into both resolving your issue ASAP and finding solving the underlying problem that caused this.

Well I have put a long description of what occurred in my email to help resolve the issue.

I have always been a bit of a fan of Corsair products and usually use their RAM etc in any PC's I build or upgrade (currently have Corsair Value Select in my laptop too :)) so I was surprised at the service I received, or lack of it. I do understand these things happen though, but it was really inconvenient that it happened to me as I use the memory stick every day at work.

Didn't realise we had a resident corsair representative on these forums though, I will know where to come in future ;)
