I need to find something that can make any fan a "Spot Cool" fan..

I am looking for something like this..



In the picture there's a bendable extension attached to the fan that makes it easy to position it right where it's needed..

Anyone know what it's called?

Thank you for the quick reply.. Do you by any chance know the screw size and if it would be possible to attach one of these to a desktop case, say in one of the expansion slots?

Antec make something similar, called a spot cool too iirc
