i need to reinstall XP again.. help me please

hello there.

i reinstalled xp about 4 days ago, but a lot of things have gone poop..

so im wondering can i reinstall and not have to install programs again?
because my programs are installed on my 2nd hdd, but last time i reinstalled, i just reinstalled and then after the stuff i kept like documents i copyed them back on then installed programs,

so is there any way i can just make it so it reconises the programs in my programfiles on 2nd hdd?
