anybody had any experience with the Artic cooling 9225l fluid bearing fans, or the 80/120m variants?

im not one for reading too much in to fan specs but they look good on paper. 6 year warranty on a fan cant be bad lol. any views? my cans has 2x sleeve bearing fans and whilst slow, they are still irritating.

It's the price you pay for quiet ones. Still only £4 more than you were planning on spending...

iirc akasa amber fans are veeeeery quiet.

Don't shift loads of air so not great for rads but fine for a pair of intake fans.

What kind of motherboard do you have? If it's a Gigabyte then get the PWM versions and daisychain them off the system 4-pin fan header. They'll only kick in as and when required, and even then they'll spin very, very slowly. If it's not then there are much quieter fans than the standard AC 92mm ones.
