Another slow day, man flu is slowing me down but it can't stop me! :D

Bench slow eccentric

2x120 meh

Then a lot of band pull aparts, dips and chins.

Roll on Wednesday for the big weights :)
 
Yeah I found massively over eating on smolov was basically a requirement, and I wasn't brave enough for the intense phase.

Yeah - although I've not gone anywhere near Smolov, and don't even lift by comparison to you two guyzzz - I found this even with Russian Squat Routine (and that's still at half the volume of Smolov),,, :eek:
 
After a 2 hour long water fight yesterday, I'm burnt to a crisp and mildly sunstroked :(

I'm breaking my caffeine detox for one day only so see me through this evenings squatting! :D
