I need to squat more

Power cleans and hang power cleans up to 80 :)

Followed by box jumps up to 110, single leg box jumps and finally broad jumps. Best jump of the night was 295cm which is a PB :D
 
Gym closed on Monday....attempting to find an alternative for a day trip.

Numbers all set for the intense phase, I've used 230 as my max and they look......interesting :D

Yeah I found massively over eating on smolov was basically a requirement, and I wasn't brave enough for the intense phase.

Yeah - although I've not gone anywhere near Smolov, and don't even lift by comparison to you two guyzzz - I found this even with Russian Squat Routine (and that's still at half the volume of Smolov),,, :eek:
 
After a 2 hour long water fight yesterday, I'm burnt to a crisp and mildly sunstroked :(

I'm breaking my caffeine detox for one day only so see me through this evenings squatting! :D
