It's for a HP Pavillion Dv3500ea

I didn't make them when the computer was working, but HP want to Charge £32 for them. Is the another way?

You can legally download an OEM copy of Vista Home premium or whatever version you have and just use the licence key on the laptop. This would be your best option.

If it's legal can someone supply a link here. Have a similar problem but cannot find any ISO downloads that I trust.

Your quite right - Dell use a different system and thus the 'licence key' on the sticker won't work for installing Windows, however most other companies are ok and you can normally just use the key on the COA providing you have an OEM version of the o/s.

The link on mydigitallife is Danish are you Danish - you need an ISO perhaps in English?
Perhaps someone can give you the specific details of changing a Vista Home Premium to English!?
Now only Windows 7 Ultimate can have the language changes officially
