Hi Gigabyte,

I purchased a Gigabyte P34W-V5 CF1 from you at 26/01/2016. These days there are lots of graphic glitches on the screen. I found out it comes from the internal Intel graphic chips. My default setting of the internal graphic is in "high performance", it gives out lots of glitches on the screen include flickering, tiny pixel dots flashing, large irregular shape black pattern, etc. If I change the Intel graphic power mode from highPerformance to Balance or PowerSaving, the glitches will decrease or even disappear. Try also the same graphic setting on both AC power and DC power plan, the similar results.

I have done something to exclude software issue, included reseting my windows, uninstall and reinstall the intel graphic driver, uninstall and reinstall Geforce driver, scan my machine for any possible infection (nothing found, by Avast Antivirus).

I have recorded some video from my desktop to show you the issue.

Anything we could do?

Hi davidkwan,

Sorry to hear of your problem, it is not super clear from the videos what the problem is creating but we think towards the end of the second clip we can see some mis-behaviour.

We have asked HQ to see if there is anything they can advise remotely, once we receive feedback we will post.
In fact reply received: the unit is just over a year old, and we aren't aware of any similar fault on this model, therefore it looks as though it may be a hardware issue related to the motherboard. Our advise would be to get the machine booked in with your repair centre for return, analysis and repair. Potentially replacement motherboard if the faulty cannot be fixed.

This would be carried out under the 2 year warranty obviously.

Please therefore contact Service Centre to arrange collection of unit:

Sorry there isn't a solution we can offer to solve instantly.
