i am a moderator on a hunting forum and i was messing about looking at my i.p address when i stumbled across someone else posting from the same i.p

and i was wondering how close this guy is to me ?

does any1 know obviously he is on the same isp NTL and the only other 2 ppl that post from the same i.p as him is me and my dad and we live in the same house ?

any help pls ?

Could it be possible that someone next door could be using it?

nah its encrypted hard as hell to get into got one of them numbers and letters key so i dnt think any one would be using it....

if you traceroute to the IP address I believe the next to last hop will be the NTL border\access router and I believe the city\town name is part of their device naming stragety.
