Strange training tonight, still not recovered due to lack of sleep so very light on the squatting/deads.

Pre training lifting slabs of granite! Heavy warmup :D

Anyways, light squats and deads then onto some upper body works

Ugh....drained! Last nights training was awesome but hard!

Landed a very nice gogoplata though :D

My programs are going to be running improvised for a while, trying to find a groove that works better for me.

The 10s in bench have made my shoulder happier (alongside a lot of stretching)

Squats might stick with the progression pattern I'd planned but on the second squat day run 5s or something.
 
Deads I'm playing around with sumo because conventional is not feeling good.

Going to add in some more front squats as I think these could be a missing link.
