I really need some information for WoW

First of all, im level 32 on WoW, and i havent really got much clue on the game (at all!)

Im starting to play again, but ive recently found out some new imformation and i dont know what it means...

Whats a PVP server, and whats a PVE server?

Is there any other server types?
