An Audi R8 on the roads today near where i live, it was silver, with the carbon side blade things, must have been going about 50mph past me on a NSL road so no chance of any pictures. Just wondering what it would have been doing, i.e. roadtest, or are there some examples already out there, anyway i could hardly beleive my eyes. :eek:

Went with my dad to the dealers today to get his car service/MOT, they had one on the forecourt, looked inside and the engine at the back (under a piece of glass) Lovely V8. Stupid camera on my phone broke so no pics.

Strangely I saw my first one today as well.. What made it so obvious where the new LED front side lights..

I must say for an Audi, that is a seriously nice looking motor..

Does the audi A5 have LED sidelights? We drove past an audi with thos bright ass lights on but it didnt look like an R8. Possibly a TT?

A5 has them too. TT might have them on some models.

Similar, I spotted one today in Kincardine going over the river Forth.

At first I thought it may have been an R8, but as it got closer, realised it was an A5. Looked stunning.

Nice corporate identity thingy Audi have going on with the LED's on the headlights, looks fab and is instantly recognisable.

One shot past us when we had just arrived in Spain 3 weeks ago. Sounded lovely. We drove past an Audi dealer a few days later and saw one in the showroom. Had to pop in and take a peek.

It looked good but i will have to see one stood still to judge it really.

I think in al honesty i prefer the E92 looks wise,especially in 335i form.

Dont have an audi garage near me sadly,closest is Glasgow apparently :confused:
