i used xoops, and modified the theme, i dunno if it'll work in IE, i only used firefox

Not baaaad.
Plus points:
LOVE the 'fading' of the "Latest Video Wall" and "Last Photo" from the gray to black, really like that.
Don't like:
the title "girlwithpharmacykeys" text, just totally illegible.
The 'suddeness' of the top to header to body, just doesn't flow.
Header is too big, need to scroll down to actually see any content.
Main menu isn't justified consistantly with the rest of the left-side.
Definately got potential, but personally think a bit more work is needed.

It's not bad, but it lacks proper structure and looks a little inconsistent/untidy.
