I shut down pc only for it to restart by itself

As per title,

I try to shut down my PC, it stays off for 2-3 seconds and then restarts. I have disabled wake on Lan.

What is the usual culprit here? I use win 10 Pro, Asus 270E.

I shut down via windows start menu

None of them worked. I dont get a blue screen. It just restarts itself.
