I spotted a screw in my front tyre. Now what?

As thread title really. Was cleaning the bike today and noticed a screw in the front tyre. Do I now need a new tyre, or is this something that is fixable?

Depends how close it is to the tyre wall. Can get it repaired if it's not too close to the edge, or put in some Ultraseal/Slime and let it self-seal.

Take it to a tyre place that does bike tyres and see if they can repair it should only cost ~£15 if you take the loose wheel.

Depends on the tyre too, Ive found that most sport tyres they wont repair them.
