what im worryed about is:
unestabilished brand
lack of support
korean language?
build quality
ease of use
gui

lack of reviews
will it even fit in my pocket
help. me.

interesting opinion there, vegitarian. There are enough reasons to choose one or the other. but to say the the vision:m is by faqr the better player? nope sorry cant agree.

The vison:m:
* no touch screen
* doesnt output 5.1DD&DTS
* doesnt have a wireless remote
* doesnt last 14 hours playing movies on one charge.
* doesnt have a removable battery
* doesnt support as many formats as the i2 (more than an ipod video though)

The istation:
* isnt small (is for a PMP)
* doesnt have a lot of support now (not vital, but its nice to have the support there)
* there are some problems than need to be sorted, but they are all minor. like folder list by date modified rather than alphabetical.

That's about the best i can sum the differences up. whats your reasoning for calling it 'by far the better player?'

it's all english by the way. no korean on my i2. Eliot, just play it safe mate. its not always wise going for little know hardware. It can be a bit of a gamble lol

I like the look of the i2, but prefer the smaller size of the Zen and support, if needed.

The screen is smaller on the Zen, but of a higher quality, so that is a big plus for me as well, as it's video capabilities are brilliant.

i got it in white, 189.99 delivered :P
i need to satrt getting some music and movies ready for it, im glad i went for it of a z5 or sansa e200 because i can put music on it at whatever obscenely high bit rate i want
