I think i have a problem

OK i will start with what i am running
XFX 4870x2
Asus P5Q
4GB geil ram
1 24" monitor and 1 19" monitor
E8500
Corsair 620w
with a lexa blackline case

my problem is i have all drivers up to date for the card but it is still acting weird when i drag say a folder over another folder it leaves a trail any idea as to why its doing this and how do i fix it if i can or is it a problem with the card?

what type of cpu problem?
as it was working fine till i put the 4870x2 in

i am using vista 64bit and the 9.1 drivers i think
downloading the 9.2 now

i have just installed the 9.2 still same problem also i have just donr a fresh install of windows its not the chipset either as i thought it was the old mobo i was using so i bought a new one and it is still doing the same thing.

i hope i can figure out the problem as i dont want to have to rma the card

just the dragging i have unplugged some of my fans and now it seems to be working ok but i will wait and see if it keeps working i will buy a new psu
