Depends what you're using it for and how much you paid. Ram/GPU is only good for basic desktop functions, and upgrades will be limited by the power supply. But the CPU is a way overkill if all you're doing is basic stuff.

ok i changed two things hope this will help it

Item 2 Change to 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 1030 from 1GB NVIDIA GEFORCE 710 - DVI, HDMI, VGA
Item 3 Change to 8GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2400MHz (1 x 8GB) from 4GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2400MHz (1 x 4GB)

Better but still not great, I would just make sure that the GT 1030 is the GDDR5 version as the other version is about half the performance for almost the same money :(

Its still a lot of money for not a whole lot of gaming performance

you could buy a gaming laptop that would perform better to be fair.

gt 1030 would run WoW better than a 710(i own a 2600 & 710, so i have tested its WoW performance and was just ok on low settings lowish res), but depending on the option list for wherever this is from youd ideally want a 1050/rx550/rx560. 8gb will be plenty for the game, so id opt for 2x4gb for dual channel and better performance. i run 2400mhz and while do overclock to nearly 3000mhz it performs very well on stock settings and i run the system in my sig.

if you can change the psu i would as well, while the vs350 is decent and one has never gone wrong for me, they are only good for low powered systems that would barely be used for gaming or long term. a 450w would do ie from the cx range or 500w of evga.

Er dont you have access to any video cards that are actually any good?

All those you have listed i would be embarrassed about using on a desktop calculator from 1979.

Also only 8Gb of ram? Jeez thats gonna suck.

Seriously cancel and let people here spec you one better for similar price. That system really isn't ideal at all, as soon as you turn it on you'll want to upgrade components as its far too incompetent for wow.

bare in mind its for WoW, i can play that game perfectly on my laptop, so with a better gpu to that build he should be able to play it just as good or better, i havent struggled with 8gb ram.

Depends on what you want to do in WoW.

The original 710 he was considering barely hit 40 FPS on low settings as shown by the video @tamzzy linked while only one or two mobs were on screen, in a raid or highly populated battleground that's going to be a lot worse, and depending on what version that 1030 he's thinking about is it wont be much better. Regardless, for £700 I'd want to run WoW on something a bit better than minimum settings.

Agreed with the others, do not go with the above PC, even with 8gb of RAM it's an absolute trash system spec, horribly imbalanced and terribly priced.
