think i found the problem..took both my HDs out the gently shaked them and they made a sound like something rattling in side them both.. maybe thats why i am getting low performance...

it isent my 6870 thats cursing me grief xD..i test run everything checked temps..and checked the HD performance..and it was that:P but thanks for the help who ever they are. even put my clock cpu back to stock.

didnt know where to write this so i stuck in it here..sorry if it was not meant to be pute here...i was worried bout why i was getting glitches and wierd graphics textures in metro 2033.sc and wow..now i think i know the problem i hope.

Hard drives have moving parts so shaking them (not recommended) may make a sound, if your HD's were faulty you'd be getting Windows errors/BSOD's/lockups and the like not poor performance.

It sounds like you're seeing artifacts which are generally graphics card related.
