I think my G25 died :(

Was playing LFS and the wheel went abit funny so i though i'd reboot but since then the wheel doesnt calibrate properly when the pc is first turned on and the power light on the gear shifter just blinks on and off when it should be on solid...

anyone else had this problem?

If so best bet is to call/mail logitech support for a swapout if yours is within warranty.

Just so you know logitech support is the best support I have ever recieved. They may ask for a pic but will send you basically whatever you want.

ahh not good, I remember a mate of mine bought the logitech THX system, something wasnt quite right with it and instead of replacing just the broken speaker or whatever they sent the entire thing again.

They let him keep the one where there was a small problem.

Hope that when you do get a reply that they are as good as they normally are.

Sorry to butt in, does any one have a e mail address or phone number for the uk where i could contact logitech the control panel on my z5500 no longer lights up.

I've been on their website but its kinda confusing and i have yet to find a uk contact number or e mail address where i can get a replacemeant.

I had this happen to me. All I did was disconnect the usb and reconnect it again. =] May work, may not.

To the op did your wheel lock up in a game and now the is no steering? All other buttons work but not the wheel direction, have the green flashing light too. Did you get it sorted?

Well I've contacted Logitech support on the weekend and I am waiting for my cased to be reviewed (no idea if that means replacement). The guy was friendly enough on the phone but didn't have the best english

I was told to send proof of purchase/a picture of the device. I'll keep you guys updated with what happens, I hope I get a replacement as my wheel is about 21months old
